Shipping Information

 

Australia (Domestic)

We will endeavour to ship orders within the next business day from your order.

ETA is usually 1 week for Australia Parcel Post and as low as 2 days for within state (potentially longer due to COVID-19 delays). 

Whilst Australia Parcel Post is our preferred partner, we may also dispatch via alternative carriers in search of better partners for future deliveries.

Rest of the World (International)

We currently ship within Australia only but we are open to requests from other regions please don’t hesitate to send any requests to admin@lastmeal.com.au. International shipping costs will vary depending on location. Deliveries are typically made within 2 weeks (potentially longer due to COVID-19 delays).

Responsibility

Last Meal doesn’t take responsibility to promptness of delivery by the carrier.

Once orders are processed your parcel will be dispatched. Please note that the timeframes above are given as an estimate only.

Please note duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

The responsibility for any order is with the carrier (with the exception of the wrong item being packed) when the package is handed over in good form.

 

Checking your order status

You will receive an email from us once you have placed an order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at admin@lastmeal.com.au.

Please put your name and order number as the subject heading.

Tracking queries

To track your order please refer to the shipping confirmation email you received at the time of purchase for more details. Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us on admin@lastmeal.com.au.

Undeliverable Orders

If your package is returned to our premises as undelivered, unclaimed or refused, we will follow up via email to rectify the delivery. An additional delivery cost will incur to resend the package. You can opt to deliver to another address. If there is no clear written instruction or payment for the re-delivery after 30 days from follow up, the order will be deemed as void. 

Cancellations

Once an order is dispatched we are unable to change or cancel the order.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once your order has been received and signed for at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Last Meal.
