Our returns and exchanges policy takes into consideration our desire to provide the highest level of customer service. Our policy continues to evolve and we welcome feedback. Refunds on Damaged and Incorrect Orders

Ahma’s Sambal products are available for refunds only based on shipping damage, not returns or exchanges.

If your item arrived damaged, or you’ve received an incorrect item, please email photos to admin@lastmeal.com.au of the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped within 14 days of receipt. This will assist in our analysis of the issue. Once photos are received we will assess the photos within 48 hours and action any refund if appropriate. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Dissatisfaction

At Last Meal we take pride in creating quality experiences. We manufacture our items in small batches weekly to fit our orders, ensuring quality and freshness.

  • Last Meal offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and provides free returns to our customers (with the exception of shipping).

  • If you are dissatisfied with our product because of quality, please email us citing your reason at admin@lastmeal.com.au.

  • We will promptly respond within 48 hours with next steps.

Returns on Merchandise

If you would like to return your unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt, please contact admin@lastmeal.com.au to initiate the return. From here you will receive instructions on how to return the items. Once the items are received and accepted we will refund your purchase and any appropriate shipping fees incurred on return.

All returns must be in new, unused or unwashed condition (no stains and scents). Any item that has been modified, altered or changed in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns. 

We will send a confirmation email when your refund has been issued to the original payment method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
