Are there any nuts in Ahma’s Sambal products?

There are no nuts added to Ahma’s Sambal. However, because we currently manufacture our product in a shared commercial kitchen facility, Ahma’s Sambal may contain small traces of nuts or soy. Ahma’s Sambal products do however, contain shellfish.

How do I store my Ahma’s Sambal product and what is its shelf life?

To best retain the freshness of Ahma’s Sambal products, please store as follows:

• Ahma’s Sambal: Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Ahma’s Sambal will last for up to 30 days after opening.

• Ahma’s Sambal Chilli Crisp: Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated. Our Chilli Crisp will last for up to 60 days after opening.

Please check the expiry date stated on the bottom of your jar.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently accepting orders from Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. If you aren’t based in any of these countries and would like to make an order, drop us a message here and we’ll see what we can do.

What carrier do you use? And what are your shipping costs?

We use Australia Post Parcel Post. Our shipping costs are weight based, starting at $11 AUD. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. International shipping fees will vary depending on location.

When can I expect to receive my parcel?

You will receive an email confirmation once you have made an order. We dispatch your orders within two days of receiving them. Our delivery times correspond to the following:

• Australia based orders: 3-10 business days depending on state.

• International orders: Varies depending on location.
